Hello there the tv I got off you I connected it last night and everything was fine my wife turned it off at the power point last night and got up this morning and turned it on and it said no signal please check the input connection and didn’t work it still said the same so I went and got new cable and it just saying the same thing I didn’t get a manual with the tv neither so can you help me out please

The tv turned up, installed it, worked well for about two weeks, then stopped working, contacted seller, they said remote will be the issue and they would send a new one if needed, the for a month they wouldn't return messages, when I threatened to leave a bad review, they offered $20 for a new remote, I don't even believe that will fix the issue very bad seller, I want a full refund

this seller is horrible to deal with and also tried selling me a tv that wasnt advertised smaller and also old stock but to make it worse the tv arrived box damaged tv broken to be accused of being dodgy and not willing to help now after all they put me through they will pick the tv up no word of my money back llast i heard it was me being dodgy and now i have to spend money to pack the tv back up anbd wait all day for a courier as i said in emails please get a courier to swap the tvs over

Great communication, great fast speed delivery, great help getting tv in the shed. They made sure screen was perfect before leaving it with me. Tv is everything I was hoping for! Works great! Unsure why their is negative feedback, but I can't be any more happier with this service. ONLY thing I question is when they delivered box was already opened and sticky taped together, they said they opened it to make sure its OK, maybe put that in the description, overall I say a massive THANKYOU!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN FROM SELLER
This product is advertised as an 65C815 however you wont recieve this item as it comes packaged as an 65C727 model. DONT USE FALSE ADVERTISMENT AGAINST PEOPLE OR UPDATE YOUR SPECS. When the TV arrived the whole screen was cracked, packaging was damaged and missing styrofoam on an edge of the tv. Trying to return the tv but seller is an liar and gaslighter, didnt organise an delivery driver, blamed me for ‘wasting her money’. DO NOT BUY
