    Item was exactly as described and nicely wrapped. I found postage cost to be exorbitant. ($12 for a $5 very light product) I usually pay $2 & they're in a regular large envelope through the P.O. l take responsibility as l agreed to the terms

    All my items are sent as trackable parcels to ensure that nothing is lost in transit. This does come at an additional cost but it is the safest most reliable method of postage for my customers. My postage fees are clearly stated in my listings and only just cover the cost of postage which includes delivery fees and ebay fees.
