High potenct flavour, resealable packaging, all natural; swift delivery, excellent packing.
The salt arrives in individual, resealable ziplock packages of 500g increments and opens with plenty of hand space (no more getting the packet caught around your hand!). It's a powdered salt with some serious punch to its flavour, requiring only a pinch to season food. If you're used to the milder flavour of sea salt flakes, definitely go easy on this iodised salt. I can see one packet lasting a considerable while, while a whole 6 packets will last me several months! One chicken breast, butterflied and fried in the pan required only half a pinch to season effectively after cooking. Same goes for seasoning two beef burger patties before cooking. Have yet to see how much is used for brining. I also put a small sprinkle of this into my protein shakes - Salted Caramel! Yum! - and a sprinkle ...
