I checked on the measurements before buying it, then when it was delivered I found the measurements to be wrong. So it did not fit. She did not advise that it was extremely tight around the armpits ( I am a normal fit). I requested a return for a refund based upon this discrepancy. She was unhelpful and rude. I am a seller and if a buyer disputed the measurements I had given, I would agree for them to return it. Because the buyer could not fit into the dress, she demanded a refund even though my post clearly stated that no returns were accepted. EBay needs to protect sellers from false buyers who request their money back when a garment doesn’t fit. It’s a second hand clothing platform for those selling only a few good quality items, not a high production business site, especially if the seller loses money on postage and fees to eBay.
