    The item itself is fine. Shipping was also great as item was shipped very quickly. However, the reason for the neutral feedback is the poor organisation from the store's end. I purchased an item which was defective. I was communicating with the store via Ebay - all of a sudden, they responded via email. Upon returning my item, the store processed my refund, however, they refunded me for the wrong item. Overall, the process is just rather inconvenient due to carelessness of the store.

    item as described. packing was awful tho, box was dented/ arrived damaged with hole, box was way too big, lots of plastic bubble wrap, but weirdly still not enought to fill box... so the items were loose...
