Also back does not go on correctly - this doesn't matter in my case but would be a disaster if wanting to use them for their purpose!!!

Ordered three, one arrived, took three messages to get an answer. Not much of an apology either. Eventually received the other two. Product arrived with no instructions how to put it together. Seller said instructions were in the listing!! Who looks at the listing for those instructions? Certainly not me. Very disappointing. Is that why the name change? Will not buy from this seller again.
