    Some good sound advice, and a new approach to weight loss and general well being. An easy read in a no nonsense style and supported by a range of CD's which assist the all important weight loss transition. It must be stated that in addition to changing lifestyle and current diet "habits", you also need to change your mental approach to your "whole of life" living style. However, this is all explained and supported by the examples discussed from the authors own experiences. Get the mind focused and the body will follow ! This new approach to weight loss certainly has something going for it - so don't just sit there, get up and give it a go - it works.
