Tried installing a graphics card , still the problem persisted, eventually the fix was to wipe hard drive and reload windows. This resolved all but on board graphics , video is poor. The sellar has offered to exchange if I send it back, that’s another $50 to do so. I was hoping for much more . Maybe another seller , use this one for spares.
