Positive feedback because of fast processing/shipping and because I'm really glad to have the sham that goes with the linens /bedding that we already have - but looking back at the transaction, it feels like the customer was hosed a bit on the shipping cost (shipping was $13.45 for an item that cost $9.99). A USPS flat rate envelope is only $9.85 - this is why only two stars for shipping cost.
