The DVD thickness was NOT mentioned in the listing, so you blatantly misrepresented the DVD dimensions. You shipped a 27mm thick parcel as a large letter (>20mm) and underpaid the postage in an attempt to maximise your profit by ripping off Australia Post. Because you didn't include a return address, the underpaid postage is charged to the receiver. Very poor form
