I left the feedback because it is true and potential buyers need to be warned about your illegal methods. The DVD thickness was NOT mentioned in the listing, so you blatantly misrepresented the DVD dimensions. You shipped a 27mm thick parcel as a large letter (>20mm) and underpaid the postage in an attempt to maximise your profit by ripping off Australia Post. Because you didn't include a return address, the underpaid postage is charged to the receiver. Very poor form
