I approached Aramex N.Melbourne and noticed to collect at their hub which is chemist Sth.Melb, now chemist found my parcel and refused to give me one by notify I must give them pin number which I never received,I waist 45 min and at the end chemist send me SMS with the pin number only after I got their pin I could grab my parcel.
