Some of them are utterly awful and have no sense of professionalism, the amount of times I ve had couriers not ring the bell, drive off cos of the security door or made no attempt to deliver parcel. Once item posted i have to rely on various courier to deliver them as i dont deliver parcels myself. this response is very unfair and blaming me for the couriers actions is not correct or just. i have filed a claim/investigation with the courier for the missing item.
