What can I say; it's not every day that you find the entire Shaw / Blades boys pick's all at the same time. They arrived promptly and packaged well. One pick included William Evankovich (Will E.) entire name signature. How cool and rare is that these days. Seller made me a sweet deal too. Thanks. Fan: STYX 77

    A rockin' good time.

If you enjoy swing music, and you love rock-and-roll guitar playing then you may just cherish this record. When it comes to vintage tone and amazing licks, Brian Setzer delivers the goods. The vocals may be a little bit thin at times, but that can be overlooked, because the horn arrangements are finely crafted fun.

  • Party time !!

The Brian Setzer Orchestra isn't for everyone but, if you're into jazz-tinged, retro rockabilly music, you'll love this. Terrific musicianship and strong vocals keep the good times rolling. My one quibble with this cd (hence four stars and not five) is a couple of poorly chosen covers that don't play to the band's strengths at all. Otherwise, it's a party!!

  • The Dirty Boogie Brian Setzer

Brian Setzer is often overlooked in guitar player polls. But he should certainly be on that list of top guitar players in the world. If you are a guitar player and don't believe it, just get a copy of this CD and play along to it. It is just fantastic playing. The CD content is like the Stray Cats on Rock Star Energy Drink and is a totally fun composition. Full of great covers. Full of the essence of Brian Setzer. And some bad-ass players, especially the guitar player.

  • Dirty Boogie

This CD still holds up after 19 years. I bought it because it was an import.
