The battery arrived well packaged for freight, and tested at 13.5 volts out of the box. I cannot possibly recommend outbax highly enough, this is my second purchase and has been great each time, top of the line service and value for money on great products, thanks again,Paul

But no description on the lable anywhere describing power output. So cant tell for sure. I contacted seller who admitted sending different pannel due to the one advertised being discontinued. Offered partial refund. I needed the one advertised otherwise i would have bought a better cheaper one elswhere. Dishonest seller.
