    Shipped promptly on the next business day. I bought a pair of these speakers to replace the ones in our 1970s vintage JVC boombox in which the cones were deteriorating to dust. Think rattling noises, vibration and static more than actual sound. The Boss speaker was a drop in replacement and although the originals are 6 ohm and these are 4 ohm, it does not seem to matter. We find the sound quality to be fine and appreciate the low cost.

    pinball music

    I mounted this in my prototype pinball machine in the bottom of the cabinet. I wanted to compliment the audio sounds I had already incorporated in the pinball, with background music. The speakers were perfect for this application.

    50 watt Boss speakers

    Well at first they was working and sounding nice I put them in my monster Fisher with a small 100 watt amp well soon I noticed the right speaker was gone in and out,at first I figured my amp was acting up well after much checking I finally figured out that it was the right speaker,it either blew it out or the copper wire in the speaker broke so to sum it up the speakers are good and sound nice perhaps I just got a bad speaker. Well I got another set and I'm gone to try them out,perhaps these will last longer stay tuned.

    Great replacment speaker upgrade!!

    I bought these speakers to upgrade my rear speakers on my Goldwing GL1500. They fit perfectly and sound awesome! No more distortion when I crank up the volume on the highway rides. It even takes FULL volume without any pops cracks or distortion. Just surrounded with good clean sound. I wish these came in a 4.5" to replace my front speakers.

    Tractor speakers

    Replaced 4" square mount speakers in a audiovox fender mount tractor radio. These will take high volume and bass levels and are clear and clean sound even above tractor exhaust noise levels!
