We upgraded from a 55" Sony KD55X8504A which is also a great TV & hasn't missed a beat. However, with the Sony XR there is a noticeable difference with the overall viewing quality & sound, etc. Watching sport is fantastic & the navigation through the menu & settings, etc is really quick & seamless with no lag, etc. Google TV is a great addition to the Sony range. A great purchase!

Delivery experience with DHL leaves a lot to be desired: 1. DHL did not deliver the item on the date I booked 2. DHL did not proactively inform me of this - I needed to call them! 3. DHL enforce customers to book a delivery. According to their tracking the item sat in their Melbourne warehouse ~20mins away from me for 2 days until I was informed I needed to book

The tv is great it presented brand new but with a old box , no marks or scratches and so far is working well . I had to travel to Bathurst from orange because they apparently don't deliver to orange , so I had to do a 2 hour round trip to pick it up at my own expense .
