    Very good value for money... great first unit or test unit.

    Product is well made and works as described, however the only thing i would say is that there is no mounting template for installation - easy enough to install for a home handyman or trades person. Side mounted plug would be better also. Ideal for a single large towel or 2 small towels.

    Poor ergonomic design - short power cord, operation button too small and at the very bottom of the stand.

    power cord too short, the manual recommends not using extension cord, but it is not possible to plug into the power unless your house is 1950's design with power at the skirting board. The on/off switch and timer is very small and located near the bottom, quite inconvenient to use.

    too expensive and worthless

    For the price I paid this item was designed by apes. The timer is positioned almost floor level, who in the world can bend down almost to the floor to set it? Very disappointed in this product, the price and the quality is unacceptable. Manufacturer, you should be ashamed of yourself ! Such a stupid product.

    product NOT user friendly,,,

    *design problem. Access to control panel difficult,it being badly positioned inside frame and at the bottom of the frame. The two press on buttons and red and blue lights hardly visible.
