Enter bitter beauty pageant guru, Victor Melling (Academy Award winner Michael Caine) who is given the unenviable task of transforming this 'Dirty Harriet' from grot to glamour, from feral to feminine: "I haven't seen a walk like hers since Jurassic Park." Waxed, Plucked, Buffer and Breast-Enhanced, Agent Hart (now alias 'Miss New Jersey' Gracie Lou Freebush) is swapping her Baretta for a bikini in a quest to hunt out the serial bomber who is planning to create some really explosive fireworks in the pageant's finale... But she's going to find it's hard running in heels and an empty stomach. Plus, where do you hide a gun when all you're wearing is two strips of lycra?

    Great movie on Beauty competitions.

    Had the video of this after seeing it on TV and found that is was quite different. The way they go about solving the rigging of Beauty contests was good.
