Experience dealing with the seller was definitely good, although the 3PL deliverer is questionable as the parcel could have been easily lost. It was due to the seller's responsiveness to demand the photo from the driver that I could identify the door on the pic where the driver left the parcel was not of my building but could go and collect it. Otherwise it could have been lost.
