Item not clearly advertised that it is not suitable for all Navman dashcams. Seller did eventually give refund stating that return postage will be covered, but it wasn't, as shown to the seller of my screenshot of the eBay return process that there was no option for postage to be covered, but I was advised nothing more can be done.

this buyer did not read the description properly. on the main heading it has the part number that should fit with your navman number at the back. and he was sent an ebay return label. and he was properly instructed to use that label provided but he instead decided to return it with his own satchel and his name printed with ink pen. please explain. i have sold many of this holders and he is the first to stuff up his order by not reading properly.
