    well.i bought the saxophone,paid & sent packing info....the seller is a saxophone person so understands how saxophones have to be packaged properly....the seller says he cant understand my packing info & canceled the order....i offered to pick the saxophone up,but no reply...so,very sad the seller cant work through selling process & they never replied to my messages...so,we understand that sometimes sellers want more money for their items,even though they have been sold & paid for...SAD SAXSAKA
