Contacted Maxcool as item was not received well after expected delivery date. Maxcool apologized and issued full refund, which was not expected, above and beyond. When item finally arrived Aramex couriers had picked the item up on the 30th September & they did not deliver until the 17th of October Usually 3 to 4 days from Sydney, questioned Aramex a few times with no updates. Aramex have done this a few times with delayed products.
