    Great! However, it doesn't taste or smell as strong as cassia cinnamon. I'm not sure if that is normally the case with ceylon cinnamon.

    I make tumeric paste for my elderly pet and it makes her smell like cat pee. Adding some Ceylon (not the usual cinnamon found in supermarkets) helps with eliminating the smell. Thank you for a reasonable price and free postage. Looking forward to the next batch of paste so my pet stops smelling like cat pee.
