      Purchased Oakley Sunglasses described as “VGC = Very good condition” and “high quality” with "immaculate lenses" They arrived with frames that are heavily scratched and touched up by the seller with paint, poorly and in the wrong color, to hide condition. Seller admits to refurbishing the sunglasses and replacing the lenses, but didn't mention either in his description, or I wouldn't have paid $150 for them. Gave me the run around on returning them until I had to get eBay involved. AVOID.

      EBay has supported throughout an aggressive & unfriendly buyer who has not returned item to inspect & has damaged product. Label sent & still not returning item. Has made threats best to avoid. Has been reported to eBay

      Simply not true. Case is open, seller has been reported to eBay, not me the buyer, still no returns label, still no payment to send the item back, and seller has admitted to repairing the sunglasses and installing non-Oakley lenses (neither of which he mentioned in the listing). It's been over a month trying to get my money back after this seller sent me not as described merchandise. Seriously buyers, it's not worth the trouble to deal with this seller, he's unprofessional and a waste of time.
