    Nice scope, clear and sharp at 20x, but need some improvement in higher magnification

    Nice scope good optic at 20x with no chromatic aberration, but need some improvement in higher magnification, at 60x the image is much more blurring compare to at 20x. and this is most likely cause by limitation of eyepiece. If you have a chance to get a fix focal eyepiece in it that would significantly improve the quality of the image.

    Vanguard HD 82A

    Only used it a short while, very good with most magnification up to 1000m but after that magnification is best to x45 after that drops off on clarity. I could clearly see the legs on ants at 100m. Watching ships sail past at 2-3km away is very good but best results are to x45 I haven’t had a chance to compare with other scopes but am very happy with this one for the price
