    Paid $130 for 6 spark plugs that were sent in packaging that didn’t the slightest protect what was inside. 2 of the spark plugs boxes were crushed. Not the packaging I’d expect for something worth that price and something with fragile parts inside. Contacted seller and asked for 2 replacements and was in my opinion rudely told to send back all 6. Why would I send back all 6 when only 2 were damaged. Won’t be buying from seller again. Unpleasant experience. Photos for proof.

    Looks great, difficult to install due to poor instructions and tool supplied.

    Drill 4 extra holes is not a issue. The issue is where to. The platform instruction still designed for old support system. It's really difficult to match Backbone system. Rhino Rack has to wake up and spend a day to reorganize the manual!!!

    Very hard to install.

    When you buy it beware of multiple installation issues which include drilling as opposed to what sales information from Rhino indicate. At the end of the day it is an excellent product.

    Quality rhino

    Low the platform with backbone. The channel locking system is awesome allowing you to easily places loads around the roof. If you are putting an awning on the side consider the Kaon brackets, made life so easy.
