    In my note to the seller I requested a specific type of product. Seller sent the cheaper variety that didn’t have the same ingredients. I found it difficult to contact the seller and eBay took over(on another matter). I am an elderly gentleman in an aged care facility and took heed of the warnings of low supply before Christmas. Thus I have opened the supply just in the past week and now find there is a 3DAY limit for refunds.

    I am sorry for your confusion but I am mentioned specifically that I am out that flavour & refunded straight away(check your messages) and you reordered again for the same flavour. (Hi Richard,I am sorry I have to cancelled the order and refunded since the supplier having an issue with their shipment in the port. till then shipping company still experiencing the huge back log for delivery to supplier atm. Supplier will update within 2 weeks time. Supplier only have vanilla flavour atm.) come on
