If anything I think the seller could have said 'as new" with a clear conscience as its mint condition apart from the decals. All the bags are still sealed and everything is on the sprue. Very happy with the kit and the postage charge. It arrived today , 5 days after I purchased it, so not bad on that score either. Happy to recommend to other people as a trusted seller.
