    This ice making machine works really well. The only little problem I have is that when the ice drops,it drops as a full block and doesn't break up into individual blocks. In saying that, we are happy with our purchase but would be really really happy if it was just as simple as getting the ice out and just use it straight away.

    Solidly designed with good features.

    This is quite a nice ice maker. I like the "no moving parts" aspect of it as the ice shovel mechanism on the other styles seems very flimsy and failed on my first one. It's also far more adjustable for ice size instead of just having 2 or 3 different settings. It's not really a big unit for the amount of ice it makes, and doesn't make a lot of noise while it's running. The only downside is that the ice cubes are all stuck together, at least on the larger settings, and need to be broken up. If you're making ice to fill an esky this isn't really a problem, and it's almost a feature. And you can make them easier to break just by using a slightly smaller ice setting. But it makes good ice, if you switch it off and leave it with ice in it, it takes quite a while for it to melt away.

    Great Ice Machine.

    I have had other ice machines in the past and the main issue with them is the scoop that pushes the ice into the basket always breaks. This machine has less moving parts and makes really good ice cubes and I can see this machine lasting much longer than my previous purchases. I also still think buying a ice machine is a cheaper option than buying a fridge that makes ice and getting that plumbed in. So In my opinion this ice machine is a great little buy.

    Good product

    Great machine. Quiet and quick. I now can save heaps from not Gav go to buy bags of ice. Only thing I don’t like is having to break up each tray of ice after they fall but it’s not really an issue as they break apart easily. I just thought the ice cubes would be formed separately.

    Excellent product, great value for the price.

    Pro's - easy to use, ice production and choice of cubes is excellent. Con's - heat from the unit is relative to where the unit is placed. I use a 100mm micro fan to dissipate the units heat and control airflow around the unit. This has decreased the ice production time and increased output. Excellent product.
