    Buyer beware. These chips were NOT new. They were badly sanded, painted, and remarked (see picture). They could not be read or programmed with my professional Topmax III programmer. I told seller they were fake. Seller insisted they were real and instead that I didn’t know how to use them. Seller eventually refunded my full purchase price without eBay getting involved because they were obviously falsely advertised as new.
