    Delivery via PFL slow as usual but otherwise ok as delivery times are out of sellers hands once sent, item as described was well packaged and excellent prices, just wished they used different couriers, would recommend in future.

    This is a follow up since receiving delivery of voice recorder, the recorder did not record properly it keeps stopping on its own so I missed several important meeting notes, although not sellers fault but they kept requesting more information or read instructions again, my 2 other same recorders work very good, then they offered compensation of 25% and keep the broken unusable item, had to request Ebay to help with return for a refund, I will never purchase or trust this seller again in future.
