      Overall I'm very satisfied with this purchase. There was an issue in shipping where the cover was completely smashed and the tone arm was either bent before and not visible in the listing or bent in transit. But the seller was very reasonable and did a partial refund to accommodate. Between the level of customer service and the overall demeanor of the seller, and the quality of the item at the end of the day, I am satisfied as a customer. Was shocked at how quick the item came from Japan also!
