When delivered box was unopened and in good condition, all items listed came with it (tumbler, crystals, keychains, gems, etc) but, we had slightly less than the gem weight listed on the box, machine works fine with the speed I chose staying the same and countdown timer working, is also somewhat muffled as stated on the box and does not overheat. Great product! Would recommend!!

After placing my order on a rock tumbler and paying for it the sell informs me I will have to pay $22.95 extra postage! The item was listed as Free postage As I don't live in a remote area this seems like i am being Robbed. I was then told unless I pay up my order will be cancelled. I then got a refund. I mistook 'midnight' to mean black. Seller was incredibly helpful and offered a refund but I declined once I realised it was unlikely I would get black anywhere. Great service by seller, great bag I just got a surprise that it is dark blue not black but that is not the fault of the seller.
