These guys are deceitful and have no concept of customer service. They have Australia post logo all over there add and then they send it via Sendle?? which is false advertising and inappropriate use of company logo. On top of this, the woeful postal carrier service they used (SENDLE), is also deceitful. They will tell you attempt of delivery has been made, when nothing was done. We visit sendle depot much more frequently that Post. Your parcel's starting point is faster than Australia Post. For the delay, the problem is clearly from the end delivery of your part. The delivery person of company is out of my control. Please do Not turn your unhappiness into personal attack!
