The box was damaged on delivery driver did not care.... not a good start. Assembled Grey coloured bed found paint chipped off many pieces of timber... white undercoat showing through. I will buy Grey touch up paint to repair chipping and scratches. Would not buy this bed again!! Poor quality paint on timber!!

Very fast response to order, despatch and delivery with very good communication at all stages. Polystyrene packaging was crushed and broken in battery area but no apparent damage to items. Package was delivered to R V reception area and was standing on end - not flat as indicated . Do not know who placed it but doubt reception staff would have moved itbafter delivery. Comment only - Item description omits word ümbrella - was fully aware of what I was purchasing.
