The slots in the 'knife block' however are far too wide and knives fall out, see photo. Maybe spatulas would stick or anything much thicker but knife blades don't. The width is accurately provided but the photo deceives and unless one measures and considers carefully, it is difficult to predict it does not work as what it is sold as.
