    Hi, so I finally got back to trying to fix the clock after getting the replacement part. The real issue turned out to be the clock hands--the second hand was bent and rubbing against the minute hand and dragging against the glass. This prevented the free turn of all hands. You might suggest this as a possible fix next time before sending a replacement part. Of course, I appreciate the quick help in trying to fix the issue. Best, Josh
