Item was sold as 'Opened, never used' The seller stated that they all worked perfectly, but I find it hard to believe that out of nine settings, all three 'white' settings should fail during shipping - neutral white and warm white worked. I gambed that the other two setting would be ok and I let them keep the postage costs but got a refund of the purchase price. In my opinion the seller attempted to sell used/faulty lights as new in the hope that the fault wouldn't be noticed. Hence the -ve F/B

The buyer claimed allegedly 1 of the 3 modes does not work though items have been tested before shipping. Did not provide any evidence and demanded 100% refund, got it from me and kept the items for free. Ungrateful and problem buyer.

Immediately upon contacting the seller about the issue, they offered me a 60% refund. I could have asked for a complete refund and to return them at their expense as the LEDs didn't function as they should. I took pity saved them them the initial postage costs (which wasn't refunded because I didn't ask for it), the return postage costs which they would have had to pay AND on top of that I saved some other poor sod from ending up with 3 partly functional LEDs. I think I did everyone a favour.

Bloody hard to find these things at a reasonable price these days, stupid Intel. Anyhow, this one was decently priced and came with all the hardware bits and pieces; it would have been nice if it had been shipped in an antistatic bag, tho testing reveals no harm done this time.
