Item was advertised as Free Postage. I replied I required full refund. Seller then began delaying refund by requiring I complete a Cancellation Request which was false and misleading as they refused to supply the goods It took seven days before refund made and after I advised them that matter would be raised with Ebay Strongly recommend do NOT deal with this seller

Despite the item being advertised as free postage. They are totally without honour. They either cannot supply the item or do not wish to supply it Either way claiming that delivery cannot be made to my address is rubbish as all other eBay merchants have no problem delivering.
