Auto greeting on 14th. Promise of processing on next business day on the 15th. I messaged the seller on 17th, 19th, 20th but messages were ignored. on 25th was told they had no stock of the item. it took them 12 days to realise they have no stock. and refunded the money. Very Poor!!

Ordered on a Friday and didn't hear anything until the following Tuesday after emailing them to ask what was happening. Was still without a tracking number so advised I'd give them 24 hours or will cancel the order. Finally received tracking number the next day but it was another few days before any additional status of the item actually being sent.

This seller advertised an item that they obviously knew they didn't have in stock. They waited 3 business days to advise me. Tried to sell me a similar item and then completely cancelled my order saying that I had cancelled it. I did not. I was going to purchase the similar item but never got the chance. At least my money was refunded quickly. I'll spend it elsewhere.
