- 0***2 (1027)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseItem was sold as 'Opened, never used' The seller stated that they all worked perfectly, but I find it hard to believe that out of nine settings, all three 'white' settings should fail during shipping - neutral white and warm white worked. I gambed that the other two setting would be ok and I let them keep the postage costs but got a refund of the purchase price. In my opinion the seller attempted to sell used/faulty lights as new in the hope that the fault wouldn't be noticed. Did not provide any evidence and demanded 100% refund, got it from me and kept the items for free. Ungrateful and problem buyer.Follow-up from: 0***2- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.Immediately upon contacting the seller about the issue, they offered me a 60% refund. I could have asked for a complete refund and to return them at their expense as the LEDs didn't function as they should. I took pity saved them them the initial postage costs (which wasn't refunded because I didn't ask for it), the return postage costs which they would have had to pay AND on top of that I saved some other poor sod from ending up with 3 partly functional LEDs. I think I did everyone a favour.
