    using the rotary hoe

    easy and safe to handle when operating in heavy ground as the power and weight of the machine is small enough not to over balance the operator. things to watch: the lower bolts will loosen with vibration so before use "loctite" on each one. ( do one bolt at a time ) A blade can bend if you snag on a small rock which jams the rotary hoe action. stop the machine and bend the blade back into position if this occurs, using an adjustable spanner. the machine is good value, starts well. don/t use for long periods, as the vibration can make your hands sore.

  • Giantz Rotary cultivator

    We were looking for a rotary cultivator but of a moderate design and capability. We found the market listed walk behind tractors which were of a much more commercial nature and did not fit our criteria all that well, until we cam across the Giantz products. So far the machine is meeting all our requirments and expectations.

  • Everything it's supposed to be and nothing more.

    I read that some people had a hard time starting it, but with fresh fuel and a good 2 stroke oil it started immediately. It's light weight so probably won't cope with heavy duty work, but what do you expect for $200? I've had to put split washers on the bolts holding it together so they don't shake loose. Love it, love it, love it.

  • has some draw backs find it works bette...

    has some draw backs find it works better if the wheels are off and the spike isn't pointed down. I am worried that the clutch wont last too long as it releis heavily on the clutch
