    Looks great!

    And I love the temperature select function for various beverages. However, I changed up to this metal kettle (frim a plastic kettle) in an attempt to reduce environmental toxins in my blood stream, and overlooked the fact that both the lid and the water gauge are plastic components which may still leach micro-toxins when heated to a high temperature. Iā€™d have given it 5 stars if it was ALL METAL and if it was double-shelled.

    Brilliant kettle with great digital water temperatures.

    Love Russell Hobbs products. We had a kettle similar to this one which also was a Russell Hobbs, it also had the digital selection of water temperatures. We were very happy with it and it did last quite a long time, the only thing that eventually when wrong was the lid mechanism and considering the constant use this was to be expected really, we still used it for quite some time filling from the spout. We decided if we were going to get a new one it had to be the same manufacturer as previous kettles did not last as long as the one we had. I can thoroughly recommend this product.

    a good addition to kitchen

    Kettle is good value, boils water to the temperature set, will keep the water hot. had it for 10 days and the lettering is beginning to rub off, it may be better to use a laser to engrave the lettering.
