    Supposedly item sent straight after order, item never arrived (no tracking). Tried contacting a few times, very vague responses (like what’s the order number - which they know as the message has the order number in the subject line). Then radio silence and no update, so I send a no item received claim. Then they ask me to remove the claim of not delivered - but I wouldn’t until a refund is received. I finally get the refund and hence this negative feedback…
