Maggie Beer is the Cook who revels in the food that each season of the year produces. Simon Bryant is the Chef who runs the large commercial kitchen of the Hilton Hotel. Together they explore their passion for food, they visit a couple of local producers whose crops are ready for the table and then take that produce back to Maggie's kitchen.
