However, the mattress is much firmer than described, rather than soft. The vendor offered a refund if it was returned in the original box, but without the necessary equipment to shrink-wrap and repackage the mattress, this isn't possible. I must now keep it and have requested the vendor update the firmness rating to prevent misleading future buyers.
