      I'm a bit torn on this one. Communication was excellent, shipping was quick and the item arrived in its original packaging, as advertised. The reason I'm torn is that, though it appeared new, the unit arrived with a significant dent on one end. It's possible the damage occurred in transit, but that seems unlikely given how well it was packed. The item works fine, but it was explicitly advertised as "undamaged," so I can't say my purchase experience was wholly positive.
