    The item was new in packaging. The seller states 15 days to process shipping , and waited for several days to ship which is fine just note shipping may take a while to process. I was not in a rush however someone the maybe and miss this note. The price was reasonable, and the seller was responsive to my question. I would purchase again if I needed another one.

    Slow shipping. The part was described as new but the box had been previously opened. It was poorly repackaged with fingerprints and dog hair all over part. The painted cover had scratches on it. Reached out to seller to discuss concerns and got a canned response about returns back from them. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend purchasing from this seller.

    The seller has a few accounts under the same name, or close to the same name. the listing showed multiple items available. after waiting a month or so, it never shipped (despite it marked shipped). they never had any items in stock. they are just a reseller for OEM parts at marked-up prices. the ad was false. and they are horrible about communicating lead times and backorders. what a waste of time. They canceled the order because they did not have any in stock despite what their listing said.
