Easy to use
This shredder is easy to use, easy to set up. The only very minor issue is that the "bin full" light comes on when there is still room because the shredded material tends to build up in one place. Remove the shredder, spread the material out and you're good to go again.

Questionable quality
After its initial (minor) workout, this shredder now makes very loud grinding sounds when free spinning - as if it needs a good oiling. Under load, it’s fine. According to the instructions, There are no requirements to oil the machine, so I haven’t. Instead, I am sort of waiting for it to jam up!

Rather heavy for lifting to empty bin.
Needed to purchase a power adaptor as it only has a 2 pin plug for China power outlets. Seems to overheat easily, only putting in 3 or 4 sheets at a time. Now it has just ceased up altogether. So all in all not happy with this purchase.
